Hello! My name is Jesse Padilla and I’m 26 Years old. Before working here at S&I Promotions, most of my experience was working in a warehouse setting picking boxes. Most of my life I really didn’t think that I could work somewhere that would give me a chance to do more. If you’re from the IE area mostly around here is all warehouse and there’s never really opportunities to grow even though they say there is! I started to settle for less and less and time after time kept getting passed for promotions. I finally had enough and knew I could be doing so much more and luckily I landed a job here with little to no experience in customer service or management experience. When I first started I knew right away this time would be different and found myself moving up and developing new skill sets! 10 months later after struggling and doubting myself if I could ever make it, I now find myself in a position where I now manage and help oversee the office along side Itzel who has time and time again pushed me to never give up and to always strive for more! Thanks to her and others around me I now have reached new heights and my family see me as a new person and have achieved greater success than they could have imagined and are proud of who I have become! This hard work and dedication was for my wife and son who were my biggest WHY factor.
